We are open as normal.
Thank you to everyone for welcoming us back so warmly. Since opening, we have reviewed our procedures and made the following adjustments to keep our staff and customers protected. As before, the protective screen and laid floor markings will remain in place.
- Only two customers are allowed to wait in the shop at one time, please use the floor markings to safely distance yourselves. A third customer may collect or place an order at the counter but will need to wait outside.
- If possible, we ask that orders be placed over the telephone prior to arrival so little time is spent waiting.
- If possible, please pay by card. Our terminal accepts contactless payment and the bank has increased the limit to £45 per a single transaction. Under our current policy, we cannot accept payment over the phone. We apologise for any inconvenience.
- Cash is still accepted.
- We are extremely grateful to all our customers for their understanding and patience when having to or asked to wait outside. On the weekdays, we have been fortunate in managing our estimate time for collection so customers do not have to wait long to enter the store. Weekends have been more busy and so there have been longer waits, thank you. In regards to our call back service, many customers have been happy to arrive at the estimated time and did not require a call back. However, if you prefer to wait at home or in your vehicle until your order is ready, the service is available. Please do not hesitate to inform our staff of your request and provide a contact number. For data protection, all information is typed directly onto the computer. At the close of business, this data is backup (in accordance to Government rules) and the system is cleared.
- We do not have the capability to provide a delivery service. We apologies for the inconvenience.
